For anyone who has quit on day four

Do one thing a day.
With people who notice.

You have tried this alone and it did not stick. Squova puts you in a squad of 3 to 5 people. Everyone commits to one thing a day, and the shared streak only moves on the days the whole squad shows up.

Free. No card. Takes about two minutes.

You set the goal on Sunday, and you mean it.

Monday you do it. Tuesday you do it.

By Thursday nobody has asked, so you do not. That is where it ends, and it ends the same way every time.

One goal, one squad, one shared streak

There is nothing to learn. The whole product is three things, and you are through all of them on the first day.

1

Name one thing

One goal for the day. Small enough to actually finish, big enough to count. Apply to three jobs. Revise two hours. Ship the page.

2

Bring people you know

Send a link to two or more people. A squad starts scoring at three, and people who already know you are the ones whose attention actually moves you.

3

Everyone shows up

The streak climbs on the days the whole squad finishes. It is not your streak, it belongs to all of you, and that is exactly why you do not want to be the reason it stops.

Coming on your own? We will match you into a squad with people in a similar timezone working toward similar goals.

12
day squad streak

Day 9 was saved by a teammate. The streak held at 12, and it did not climb that day.

You will have a bad day. It does not end the run.

This is the part most people are actually worried about. There are two ways a day gets held, and they are deliberately not the same thing.

Squad Save

One per squad, every 14 days

Shared, and scarce. Any member can spend it on someone who is about to miss, which means somebody has to decide you are worth it.

Grace Break

One each, every 7 days

Yours alone. It applies itself when the day closes, so it covers you on the nights nobody is watching.

  • Either way, the day holds the streak where it is. It does not grow it, and the app never pretends otherwise.
  • You are told what happened and who did it, so a rescue is never something that quietly happened to you.

Three honest claims, and one refusal

Everything Squova does fits on this screen. There is no second page of features waiting behind a signup.

One thing a day

No task lists, no projects, no dashboard to learn. One commitment in the morning, one tick when it is done.

Squads of 3 to 5

Small enough that going quiet is obvious. Nobody disappears into the back of a group this size, which is the entire mechanism.

Free, and no card

No trial countdown, nothing to cancel, and no card asked for at signup.

No feed. No followers. No public profile. Nobody outside your squad ever sees your goals, and inside it people see a pseudonym rather than your name. This is not a place to be seen. It is a place to keep a promise.

Start your squad.

It takes about two minutes, and the person you invite first is the one who makes it work.
